Software testing is a process of executing a program or application with the intent of finding the software bugs. In another words, it is a terminology in which your developed product is just tested precisely before its launch in order to provide "Quality Assurance" to your customers and ensure that whether it meets the specified requirements and produces the desired results or not. It also helps to check the "Quality Control" of your product.

Testing is necessary because we know we all make mistakes. Some of those mistakes are unimportant, but some of them are expensive or dangerous. We need to check everything and anything we produce because things can always go wrong.

Manual testing is all about clearing your fundamentals about testing and it is done by human itself - where we will do Verification & Validation model testing, create Documentation - HLR (High Level Requirement) - Test Cases - Defect Report Logging & its re-Testing, use of Test Director tool.

Automation testing means to test your product using an automation tool (QTP - Quick Test Professional, LR - Load Runner , Selenium) to execute your test case suite. It requires considerable investments of money and resources. Goal of Automation is to reduce number of test cases which were created in Manul testing to be run manually and not eliminate Manual testing all together - experience our IT Services.
